H&S is a key part of the individuals job role due to it being distribution warehouse based. I am devising a framework of 5 levels 1 being serious underperformance 5 being over and above expectation of performance. I would really appreciate if anybody has any suggestions of what I can include as indicators within each level
I already have
Does not follow correct procedures
Does not take responsibility for own safety
Does not follow company policy / procedure
Mostly follows correct procedure
Mostly takes responsibility for own actions, does not always consider impact of own acts or omissions
Mostly ensures stock is merchandised safely
Has attended some of the H&S training
Always follows correct procedure
Takes responsibility for own actions and considers impact of own acts or omissions on others
Ensures stock is always merchandised correctly and safely
etc etc with additions for top levels of
Is qualified first aider / fire marshall
Conducts risk assessments
Part of the H&S committee to ensure continuous improvement of safety in the workplace
Any other suggestions would be gratefully recieved
