Help on Freelance Contracts

My company rely heavily on specialist freelance trainers to run courses, however, there are no contracts in place. I want to get contracts in place as I’m conscious of the position we could be put in i.e. having to cancel courses at the last minute if they don’t turn up. Does anybody have a copy of a contract they don’t mind sharing with me, or suggestions on what to include?
