In October 1998 a group of eight thinkers and trainers acive in the British Isles published a 'Declaration on Learning' designed to foster debate and promote good practice within organisations towards the practice of learning.
Much comment - both positive and critical - followed, much of it reported in the pages of TrainingZone at the time.
Now the original authors are in the process of revising the Declaration and are likely to include more steps towards practical action. As well as expanding the original group, the authors are also interested in further specific feedback from other professionals about what should be included in the revised Declaration.
You can complete a short survey on the LearningBuzz website. Submissions are sought before the end of February, so that the new Declaration can appear before April.
