Help us to test a gender mainstreaming course for HR managers

default-16x9

As part of a project to ensure that gender issues are considered in quality management systems, we have developed a training course for HR managers. The project is promoted by "Progetto Donna" ("The Women's Project")based in Bologna, Italy, and has been part-funded by the European Commission. The project website is www.gendercertification.com

We will need to test the training course in the UK, preferably using in-company trainers in a large organisation that is already registered, or working towards ISO 9001:2000. All costs will be met from the project budget.

Although the focus is on ISO 9000, the programme could easily be applied to other formal systems including EFQM or possibly Investors in People. The course includes a review of the main gender issues and "best practice" organisational models, a comparative overview of formal quality processes and specific instruction on writing procedures and associated auditing criteria.

Please E-mail me for full information and a course overview,
