Help with a webcast

default-16x9

Dear all,

One of our directors has expressed an interest in supporting an on-line Q&A session on a couple of specific topics. I'd like this event to be a resounding success so would really appreciate your help on two fronts:

– Any software that you have used and found to be cost-effective, easy to use etc.

– Your experiences of running this sort of thing and any tips and hints you'd give to help it run smoothly.

Thanks in advance,

Sophie

  1. Webex

    Hi Sophie

I use Lync but Webex is as good as any and easily available.

My suggestion is you sign up (free) to https://www.learningandperformanceinstitute.com/ and register for their on-line webinar sessions.

They are experts at delivering on line conferences and meetings and you will learn a lot from them. It isn't hard but to do it successfully it is a lot harder than you might think.

    Good luck

    Steve
