I am doinga piece of consulting for a client overseas and they are keen to identify a UK based provider that can offer training for the Hotel and Catering inductry leading to some sort of recognised qualification or accreditation. If anyone has experience in this field, could they please let me know whom they would recommend. The training should cover several aspects of hotel and catering management including customer service etc. It is likely that my clients will want to design a programme with their eventual preferred supplier.
Thank you in anticipation.

Management Qualifications
Joe, we have used our ‘Transitions’ approach to management development in many types of organisations, including hotel and catering.
The programmes can lead to accreditation through the ISM and/or the IOM. The great benefit for the hotel and catering industry is that our approach is work based, and it guides participants to investigate their own role and approach to management and to identify and make real improvements. A very practical method. If you are interested I can send you our literature telephone: 01772 679950
