We are running an Awareness course for all staff for a major culture change/ project operating on site. During this course we have an update of the projects that are being carried out.
How do I take this 3 hour very dry session and involve people when it is something they have no knowledge of?
At the moment it is just slide presentations of the 5 very technical sub projects.
It is also in the afternboon of the second day of a three day course and is too static when the rest of the course is fun and keeps people fully involved.
Thanks for any suggestions

Hi Jo
I sympathise with your problem! Without knowing more about the projects you have to present it’s difficult to offer any precise hints, but perhaps the following questions will help get your creativity working.
Why do you need to tell them this info? Does it really need to be 3 hours? What do you need them to take in? Can you use video clips (eg quotes from project teams)? Can you illustrate the points you need to make another way (eg clips from well known movies)? Ask them how they would solve the problems the projects address.
Feel free to call me on 01543 258314 or e-mail me david.smith@copraxis.co.uk if you think I can help.
Kind regards
