How much does business spend on soft skills training.

I'm struggling to find a figure for firstly how much UK industry spends on soft skills training and secondly how much of that is e-learning based.
I've got a figure for Management Development of 750million and one for overall training which is 17 billion. If anyone else has any stats and their sources, I'd be most greatful.
