How to cook like Heston
I couldn’t agree more. He explains clearly, is enthusiastic, isn’t patronising and has fun – isn’t that what we all want to achieve as trainers.
I also think he would be an amazing ambassador for the education system in promoting STEM subjects and demonstrating the application of science in the real world…
