As a qualified Trainer, I am having great difficulty in moving into an IT training position as normally at least 2 years training experience is required for any job!.What options exist for me to gain the experience necessary?

could I suggest that you try out some of your local school/evening providers. The money (probably!) isn’t great, but the experience would be good. Also how about advertising locally offering one to one training..A lot depends on what groups you want to target?/
