In my previous post I started discussing how to present a learning strategy and I introduced the Learning Strategy Canvas. I did mention that I will show an example of how to use it to document learning strategy information. In some of my previous posts I used the fictional story of Tim, a learning and development manager at Complete Compliance to illustrate using the Six Strategy Questions to create a learning strategy. One of Complete Compliance's strategic priorities was to redevelop it's online news platform using new JavaScript software development technology. The image below shows how Tim presented the learning strategy for that business priority. In my next post I will show another example which is less technology focused.
