we are running a series of focus groups and would like to be able to record non verbal communication as well as taping what is said.

some years ago i attended some training on facilitating groups and used some simple diagrams to map non verbal communication and group dynamics info. i've lost the notes and can't remember who the trainer was.

does anyone have any simple techniques/materials they could share??
