I'm interested in knowing how trainers would define the quality of integrity - 10 words or simple paragraph. Also any thoughts you have about how to develop integrity in others would be great to hear.
It is for a book I am writing. Happy to cite your contributions in it!

I would say that in a business context it’s saying what you do and then doing what you say.
