Can anyone point me in the direction of any organisations who have well developed programmes to induct/develop their graduates, particularly HR graduates.
I am looking to set up a induction/development programme for our planned intake of HR grads and would welcome some other thoughts/ideas - if you can either point me in the direction of contacts in companies or articles in People Management/Personnel Today, I'd be grateful. I'm especially interested in talking to anyone who has taken a different tack when it's come to developing their HR Grads

I have designed & delivered graduate development programmes for major blue chip companies (refs available) which are all based on experiential learning.
