Can anyone point me in the direction of any organisations who have well developed programmes to induct/develop their graduates, particularly HR graduates.
I am looking to set up a induction/development programme for our planned intake of HR grads and would welcome some other thoughts/ideas - if you can either point me in the direction of contacts in companies or articles in People Management/Personnel Today, I'd be grateful. I'm especially interested in talking to anyone who has taken a different tack when it's come to developing their HR Grads
Many thanks

We work with a number of organisations and have a network of contacts who run Graduate Development Programmes.
Please call me if you would like me to put you in contact with some of our clients who will be more than happy to talk to you regarding their approach to Graduate Development.

Graduate Induction
Someone whom we have used who I would highly recommend for putting together a graduate induction programme is Gillian Graham. Her email address is gillgraham@cargyll.co.uk .
Dynamic Induction
We’ve designed and run engaging, creative grad programmes for BG and Bacon & woodrow and are currently putting together one for Dollond & Aitcheson – all v well received. We take hands on approach – contact us if you would like to talk further – no hard sell, we promise!
innovative (key word!) graduate development programmes
I have designed & delivered graduate development programmes for major blue chip companies (refs available) which are all based on experiential learning. We start from the principle that these programmes need to be well supported within the organisation, be tailored very specifically to their needs, and be fun! Have also done some research for CRAC (Careers Research & Advisory Centre) on Graduate induction in SMEs. Tel 01763 208227 m_hawker@dial.pipex.com
