HR Software Packages

I’m investigating HR software packages on the market. As a company we operate all the generalist HR functions, but will need something that can cope with senior exec remuneration – with particular reference to Annual Incentive/Mid-term Incentives and share options etc. It must not only be user friendly but capable of producing financial spreadsheets/reports.

Any ideas?
