My employer requires that I undertake a 5 day work placement each year. I’m the Staff Development Officer at an FE College, and it is expected that I would do so before July, in a role which will interest me and provide further insights into my personal and professional development. Does anyone know of anybody who would be willing to offer me such a placement?
Some criteria are:
– needs to be within 25 miles of Northwich, Cheshire (this encompasses Liverpool, Warrington, Manchester, Chester, Stoke)
– needs to be within an HR or T&D department in a different sector / industry to the College
– needs to be 5 full days with some kind of structured learning objectives (i.e. not just job shadowing)
