   I have a long experience working with all types of managers on one-to-one training (I prefer development) programmes. For example I worked with a Works Manegr who was appointed Personnel and IR Manager with his Company. In my role as senior manager in education for 10 years I acted as mentor to other managers. I am well qualified and keep my research into management, particularly HRM, up to date.

4. CIPD Conference – a possibility
   If the person concerned is the HR Manager then a visit to this year’s CIPD conference and exhibition at the end of October may be a good option. I go from time to time and find the conference and fringe meetings can be very interesting. The exhibition is a particularly useful source of information and contacts.

9. HR Manager training
   Before setting up Arrowhead Training as a Human Resource training and consultancy recourse I worked as an HR professional for 15 years in a unionised environment with direct experience in resourcing, ER/IR, and HR Development. 10. HRM management
    We can assist with training to a recognised standard NVQ in Personnel at level 3/4/5 accredited by OCR. All topics can be delivered in seminar /session format although the qualification is an on going process in the workplace. It develops with you as you do your job.
