I'm about to develop some competency profiles for a variety of HR/Managment Development/Organisation Development Consultant roles. Can anybody suggest where I might obtain examples of competencies/competency frameworks used for HR/HRD roles or would anybody be prepared to share their HR/HRD competency profiles/frameworks?
