HSC/HSE has published CD176 - its revised proposals for amendment to the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations, and a new supporting Approved Code of Practice.
It is based on comments received on CD159 during Summer 2000. Comments on this new proposal are requested by 19/2/02.
If approved, a consolidated Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002 is anticipated.
