The Health and Safety Executive ('HSE') has published its proposals for the Chemical (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2002, to be known as CHIP3.
These proposed regulations will replace earlier CHIP regulations. The major change concerns environmental classification and labelling, along with changes to rules on labelling of products containing sensitisers, and other changes.
