How about a book?
Dear Jan,
I don’t know about the web, but their are a number of books published on HRM and HRD in the travel and tourism sectors.
One specific title that comes to mind is Personnel for Students of Travel and Tourism, which is written at a level for students studying general Travel and Tourism at college.
You should be able to find it, and similar texts on the Amazon site.
