Hello,
I'm currently designing a course on handling challenging delegates and I'm just past the half-way post.
I've included how we should be aware of the impact we can have on turning around challenging delegates before, when opening, during and after the learning event. I've then gone on to include an exercise on the different types of challenging delegates there are and suggestions on how to handle.
What I wanted to do next was to include a section which looks at how if we tailor our approach to best suit the way people learn then this in itself could turnaround a challenging delegate.
The block I'm having is that we've done so much with learning styles within my company and it's a subject where the majority of people have at least an understanding...so I'm looking for something fresh that can be done here.
Any ideas would be very gratefully received!
Thanks
Chris Mooney
