I'm trying to find statistically data to show the difference between an in house floor training coaching program and a company that doesn't have an in house floor training coaching program . Really I'm trying to find some hard data to show benefits of implementing a coaching program. I can't find the %s to fill in these gaps. Can anyone help? If so, will you please list sources. Thank you!

Hi,
It’s a bit more general than you’re looking for I think, but may be useful:
Report comparing staff/executive training with training plus coaching. Result showed when only training was involved there was a 22% productivity rise. When training was coupled with coaching there was an 88% productivity rise.
Source: Personnel Management Magazine 2001.
I don’t know if that’s exactly what you’re looking for, but I hope it helps?
