For information, the standards are currently on review by the Employment NTO (EmpNTO) and can be viewed or downloaded direct from their web site at www. empNTO.co.uk. (This includes the reference numbers to the current standards/elements.)

C22 Agree learning programmes with learners
C221 Negotiate learning programmes with learners
C222 Review learning programmes and review modifications with learners
