10 Years Instructing experience for my parent organisation, attaining A1 highest grade status.
TDLB NVQ Level 3 inc D32/33.
Responsible for advising my present employers on their overall training strategy, and designing basic training courses as required, essentially in the electronics/IT field. Most recent classroom training covered OJTIT, hence the coaching topic.
Advice on A+ and MCP (Win 2000 Workstation) and a basic server overview. As well as NT 4.0 workstation & Server in a real time environment general information / overview.
