I am looking for ideas for an icebreaker/ energizer for around 200 people for a sales conference - we want to split the group up into smaller groups so if it could involve that it would be great!

Helping Hand
Hi Shiv,
I've used an energizer called "helping hands" at a conference before it goes like this:
1. Get delegates to draw around their hand
2. Get them to stick their sketched hand to their backs with the assistance of another delegate
3. Work the room getting as many comments as they can from other delegates who have worked with them over the past year
4. The person with the most comments can win a bottle of fizz or something
it’s good to ask what sort of comments humorous or otherwise delegates collected as well as the individual with the most.
Another really quick one is heads tales with a coin from their pockets getting the losers to sit down after each unsuccessful flip until there is only two / three left then have a quiz or something to select a winner.
