Hi Guys,
I have written a course for account managers on objection handling but I am lacking a relevant ice breaker! I am running another course on negotiation for the same group in a few months time and can find plenty of ice breakers for that one! Any ideas would be gratefully received!

How about getting people into pairs and asking each to pick up an object in the room (anything at all – handbag, flipchart pen, shoe, TV remote, box of tissues etc etc) and ask them to sell it to their partner who must then raise objections for them to deal with. Roles are then reversed.
