We are responsible for delivering ILM courses to the 'non-academic' staff at the university. Currently we offer a very flexible approach, taking full advantage of the design of these qualfications. However, this is proving difficult for both the candidates and ourselves.
Is anyone running ILM Team Leading and/or First Line Management in a similar setting? Would you be prepared to share your approach? Answers particularly welcome from those with a good track record of candidate achievement!
Thanks,
Ian

Similar issues
Think we may have similar issues. We are delivering the same to Council staff. Maybe we could share some ideas etc.
ILM Delivery
We run them on a commercial basis, but in a number of ways. Using the ILM Super Series means that students on one of our options only attend once a month, the rest of the work is completed in their own time using the books.
