I am regularly asked for training to improve the standard of emails and letters amongst employees (spelling, grammar, punctuation and just plain making sense!). I have produced factsheets to cover some common problems but does anyone have a contact (or even better an elearning package) in this field? Most of the resources I have found out there are for beginners, rather than improvers.
