  1. Results of reserach available
    There is a research document called “What really increases staff retention?” available via employeebenefits.co.uk. Is doesn’t refer directly to induction & sickness, but career development, training, flexible working, illness insurance, income protection etc are all mentioned. It’s research done by surveying employees, so I think these categories could relate to induction & sickness.
