induction/knowledge checks

default-16x9

Hello
Please help me. I work for a telecommunications company, and during induction after each system has been trained the inductees complete a 'proof of learning' document on paper form (which will prob never be looked at again). Im currently championing a new idea to add these to a system base. I want to try to reduce costs of printing, paper and recycling.
and to produce a professional document which acts as an effective self-validation form, and is therefore a step into the right direction in terms of its potential as a useful training tool.
Does anybody else complete anything like this for new starters either on a e-learning site or similar. If anyone can help with any tips, please email me or post on site
Many Thanks
Rach

  1. Induction validation tools
    Hi Rachel
I’m not sure whether this will help, however I did a lot of work a few years ago with a leading insurer around developing paper based induction and on-job development tools, to help staff become fully effective as quickly as possible. I produced some validation checklists that could easily be adapted for electronic use. If you (or anybody else) would like a sample, don’t hesitate to contact me (bryanedw@aol.com).
    Happy Days!
