Hi all,
I'm looking for a programme/event/course for senior/board level managers on how to positively influence others, internally and externally to our organisation. The course needs to cover clients, stakeholders, team members and their peers.
All suggestions welcome!!
Thanks, Sarae

Presuming that you are not looking solely for a specific area eg media influencing, I have found that the Three Greeks works very well with senior managers. I have developed an e-book and a one day workshop that covers a lot of ground, including experiential practice.

Take your pick !
All of the major management development providers do this eg Roffey Park, Ashridge, business schools of universities, consulting firms such as PWC, and leading companies such as Sheppard-Moscow or DDI. There’s a huge choice.
My personal view is that companies like S-M provide better value for money. I’ve got no association with them, but have been on one of their courses. The one that might suit you best from them is:

It’s also been my experience that people at this level do not always need a course aimed specifically at them (which usually comes at a premium), but it can help to get them on board if they think they don’t need training.
