I am looking for 1 or more organisations to assist me with my MSc thesis on innovation in the workplace.

I am looking in to processes for mapping the innovation climate of the organisation and comparing it with the individual innovation styles and potentials of the workforce to provide information to assist management decision making in the areas of recruitment and selection, development of individuals, teams and team leaders, as well as supporting the strategic planning process.

To do this I am developing a range of tools and for this development to be successful I need a population sample of 100-150 employees.

In return the participating company or companies will receive a survey or audit of the innovation climate and potential, presented in a detailed report and presentation to the Board. The individual employees will receive detailed feedback on their own potential which can be used by them to plan future personal and professional development.
