Having developed a 'solution' for a couple of clients' (one in Food & Beverage sector one in Pharma) around New Product Development (NPD) projects we have been asked to develop a 'blended solution' (combination of software, training and consulting) for other potential clients.
We have done the software and consulting bits (based on academic research and journals) and are developing the training part currently. However I am looking to market the solution and am having difficulty in finding the best marketing channels regarding Innovation and NPD Management.
At this stage it is worth stating that it is NOT the creative processes we are focusing on but the next step in the chain - the analytical, management processes of NPD projects, Managing Innovation, R&D Management, Business Process Re-engineering, New Product Marketing, Ideas Capture and Filtering and "Return on Innnovation".
Does anyone have any suggestions on how one could/should market this training and management solution in the media. Really stuck here - advice sought. Feel free to email or ring on 01491 411121.

look at how everyone else might do it
Hi Simon
If you’ve worked in Pharma, you might have a look at Pharmamarketing to give you some ideas. Alternatively, why not ask the clients you developed solutions for to talk to you about the best way to reach their market? Or ask them to RUN the training with staff (at a considerable discount) so you have someone to point to as a “case study”…. And then you’ll have something to talk to the media about, in PR terms.
