I recently attended a training session which used the Insights Discovery System and found it extremely interesting. However I wondered if anyone knows of anything simular that can be used in a training environment without using the actual insight material. Ideally I'm looking for something that can be used with groups of 10-30 delegates and focusses on personality profiling and effective interaction.
