Hello all,
I'm looking for some inspriation please.
I am contributing towards the organisation of a half day event for approximately 50 professionals. These are all members of the same team but work in different sub teams / on different tasks.
The aim or required outcome of the event is twofold;
- Increase your knowledge of the activities of the other subteams
- Build some cohesion amongst the groups
Any insight or ideas you can share on the format of the event, activites to include etc would be very much apprecated.
Thank you!

Hi there
Hi there
I’m thinking Lego. Split the group into 10 teams of 5 (or subteams)
Give each a box of Lego https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00PY3EYQO/ref=psdc_364074031_t1_B00NVDOWUW
Step 1 – Ask each group to create a model of what they actually do…
Step 2 – Bring them all together and see if they can create something from all the sub parts.
50 is quite a big group so maybe a variation on the above with 4 X 12 etc?
Hello!
Hello!
You might find some inspiration in this open source facilitation library, there are quite many team building activities in the Team category:

Hope you find it useful
