Hi
I'm going to be talking to some head teachers responsible for schools in Palestinian Refugee Camps. I want to inspire them with examples of leadership development resources from around the world and not just those focussed on education.
Do you have any that you would recommend?
Thanks!

Leadership resources
I would strongly recommend Adam Kahane’s Solving Tough Problems: an open way of talking, listening and creating new realities. 2007 Berrett-Koehler Publishers Inc (available on Amazon). The book is very readable and documents his work on some of the toughest problems in the world including the transition from apartheid in South Africa, Northern Ireland, Argentinia during the collapse, Israel-Palestine and many more.

Thanks Karen. It looks like a really useful book – I’ll pick up a copy and suggest it to the Head teachers here too!
Thanks again.
