1. I think your problems are twofold…..

   What is it that you are really trying to get:…..

   ~Igniting team spirit?

   ~What makes teams great?

   or

   ~Great teams?

   There are three very different facets here.

   and on top of that……

    

   ….five minutes is probably too short a time to actually get a serious message across.

   Perhaps if you used presi (or animated PowerPoint) you could make yourself a five minute video that really gets across the points that you want to make….something like one of Erik Qualman's videos….http://www.youtube.com/user/Socialnomics09

2. Inspirational videos

   Try 'Fish' http://www.videoarts.com/fish/fish (it's 17 mins long though). Good luck with this! I'm sure others will have far better ideas..

3. Team working penguins

   Have a look at this film on your tube about how some penguins work as a team to deal with a threat.

   It is only 40 seconds long but is amusing and gets it point across well.
