Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good Internal Communications programme? We are after something to help achieve the following:

- develop an understanding of the internal comms channels and how to use them effectively;

- learn the skills needed to be productive in support of internal comms;

-improve interpersonal skills to build constructive relationship and influence people

Internal comms training

Hi Miriam

I did my IC qualification with CIPR’s PR Academy. They run a Certificate and Diploma level. I went to univ in London but there’s a distance/online version and they can deliver it to you inhouse too I think and did so for BT.

I found it great – a good community of learners and it did my confidence a world of good. Kevin Ruck who leads it is a seriously good academic and at the front of though-leadership too.
