I'm developing a quality training programme that includes a session on internal customers and suppliers.  I want to use either a video or an exercise to illustrate the importance of the relationships.  Maybe something to help them see how they should check that they have completed their part of the process to the correct specification before passing it to their customer.  It's a manufacturing firm and everyone will attend the programme.  I don't want it to be a long exercise/video.  Maybe 30 mins max.All thoughts gratefully received.
