I'm preparing for an interview for a Sales Training role and the person I'm interviewing with has asked me to demonstrate the following during the interview:

1. Applied knowledge in the use of the full range of modern multi media
approach coaching and training skills. What's new in training, what is considered best practice etc?

2. Experience in coaching/training a B2B multi channel sales force
(Major accounts and field sales)

3. Experience in the same for complex sales situations

4. How to measure the return of investment for improving sales

5. Smart ways to fill sales diary to hit quotas.
