i'd like to know on average how much would a company invest in their workforce in relation to learning and development. i.e. what is the cost per staff member on a yearly basis?

It doesn't have to be exact, just looking for how much the training industry may be worth in the UK

:)

    Hi Belle

This question was here recently so might be worth searching for it.

In most places I have ever worked I usually have 5% salary on CPD activities. I think this is the "norm" in UK.
