IPD survey shows an underestimate of UK company training

Initial findings from a recent IPD survey into more than 800 private and public organisations shows that the level of workforce training has been seriously underestimated, and thatmany organisations plan to increase their spending on training despite the economic downturn. Much of this unreported training is ‘less visible’ because it involves on the job instruction.
