The IPD in association with KLC advisory services are organising a series of workshops around the UK on discrimination law. The workshops will run as one-day events between 3 May to 25 May.

The IPD/KLC workshops have been running for 20 years and aim to address employers concerns in a practical way,using a combination of exercises and discussions.

The aim of the workshops is to provide a quick route to boosting HR professionals' expertise in key specialist areas including the laws on disability and part-timers.

Brian Ross, a partner at KLC Advisory Services who runs the workshop says that getting the details correct in the area of discrimination law can make potential savings for companies, "not just from big tribunal awards and costs, but from the sky-high settlements being made in their wake".
