I am working with a small company in North Yorkshire, who are looking to improve their training administration (TA), partly by benchmarking. They provide residential training in advanced audio/visual products, and would like to compare how well they do it by looking at how other companies organise their TA. Ideally I would like to arrange a visit to an organisation that also offers residential training, preferably located in Yorkshire. Can you help? Might you be prepared to host a 2 hour visit for two people? In addition to demonstrating how you do things, the staff from the company would be happy to share what they do, and a mutual exchange of ideas might be of value to all concerned. My offering id to use hyperlinks in WORD and Excel to link all documents in the process including Waiting List, Notification, Biling, Certificates database, ordering lunches etc……..
A very simple home-made suite of MS programs to do all the above.
