I am looking for an IT Skill Assessment Tool, that will work via Microsoft Terminal Server. The Assessment tool should be able to test a users typing speed as well as their knowledge of the Microsoft Office products. It should be able to be used across an Intranet and be resonably priced. QUIZ the leading skill assessment tool does not work via Terminal Server.

Key Training Solutions have developed a piece of software that assesses users within Microsoft Office.
The tool is two part;
1 – Needs Assessment (asking the user what skills they think they need)
2 – Application Assessment (testing current abiliity, it does not test typing speed but a question could be asked)
This provides a detailed report showing where they need training to complete their job function and also assesses what they already know, enabling you to tailor outlines for specific training needs either in a classroom environment or in a CBT/TBT/WBT environment. This can also save a great deal of time.
It also works over Terminal Server and can sit on an Intranet.
