Would anyone be able to recommend a training course provider who is able to offer IT trainer training in the Central / East London area, please? The candidate is fairly young and inexperienced, and in formal set-up would be more suitable. There are rather a lot to choose from, but I would prefer to opt for a recommended provider....

Try a CTT+ Provider
You might want to get them on a course for CTT (certified technical trainer). The programme develops trainers so they can manage the learning environment, understand adult learning and deliver participative training programmes. The qualification is also recognised worldwide by organisations like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle etc. Skillscert (www.skillscert.com) run the programme.
IT trainer training
Have you looked at Happy Computers? They do a Training the IT Trainers course based in Central London. They are quite a relaxed training company and may well be suitable.

You may also want to look at the Institute of IT Trainers http://www.iitt.org.uk which runs an IT Trainers Certification programme leading to membership of the institute.
