Editor's Note
=============
Trainers were confronted with bad news last week as the
government announced the ILA scheme is due to be scrapped. A
deadline (7th December) has been issued for all trainers to
register their allowance. Anyone who does not meet this deadline
will lose out. The move was not welcomed and trainers across the
country have vowed to campaign against the decision. The
question is what will replace the scheme?
We are interested in hearing about your challenges as trainers
and how you overcome them. What are your greatest obstacles?
Course design? Courseware? Keeping up with new information?
