The month of January certainly felt as though all TrainingZONE IT editorial staff did was attend IT xhibitions. The Learning Technologies Review covers many but not all of the stands that were at the exhibition, where some information gathered was beneficial, but there was not much that really appeared to be breaking new ground. The same faces, the same marketing documents, press releases etc appear to have been making the rounds. This however, is somewhat comforting and maybe IT Trainers may feel the same where we are keeping abreast with technology and not sprinting to keep up with the latest IT events for a change.

The Institute of IT Training have held their annual IT Training Awards Dinner and winners have been announced which TrainingZONE are pleased to say that they participated in some of the judging events to find winners in each of the categories. Competition is getting tougher each year!
