A capacity audience of over 400 people attended this year’s Institute of IT Training Awards.
The winners included:
* Training company of the year – InterQuad Learning
* Training department of the year – Gold: DLA IT Learning
* Internal training project of the year – DLA IT Learning
* External training project of the year – Electric Paper & Yorks/Humberside HM Prison Service
* Internal e-learning project of the year – TUI UK
* External e-learning project of the year – Spring IT Training, Happy Computers, NHSIA, Course-source & NCC Education
* Staff development strategy of the year – Deutsche Bank
* Training manager of the year – Dr Jan Birley, Sunderland Health Community
* Trainer of the year – Donna Wheeler, Happy Computers
* The Colin Corder Award for services to IT training – Rom Orme, formerly of Parity Training and Spring IT Training
The ceremony was held at The Dorchester, in Park Lane, London, on 5 February.
